Completing this form is one way to indicate your interest in being considered for appointment to the Lynchburg City School Board. All appointments are at the discretion of City Council.

An applicant for a position on the Lynchburg School Board who is selected for appointment by City Council will be required to sign a consent form authorizing the City to obtain the applicant’s state and national criminal background records. The failure of an applicant to sign a consent form will disqualify the applicant for consideration of appointment to the School Board. 

The Clerk of Council processes all boards and commissions applications.
